Chief Technology Officer & Co-founder

Brian is an experienced enterprise architect, technical manager and consultant. He began working on the foundation of CRA Health with Dr. Kevin Hughes at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2004. Since inception, Brian has been integrally involved and responsible for the company's growth and development. Today, Brian works in close collaboration with healthcare providers, technology professionals, and leadership, to ensure CRA Health's solutions operate efficiently and effectively within organizations, ultimately with the goal of improving patient care and outcomes. Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Ed joined CRA Health in May 2015, bringing with him four decades of experience as an operator, officer, investor and consultant in entrepreneurial opportunities, primarily within the healthcare industry. As CEO and CFO, Ed oversees all business operations within CRA Health and has successfully implemented numerous advancements to upgrade the company's technology, security, and infrastructure. Ed has been an active participant in companies experiencing dramatic change and has helped many start-ups and smaller companies define their direction, improve operations, enhance client experience, and expand their platform. Ed has held an array of leadership roles and his work spans nearly all areas of company operations. Business Development Manager

Gregg joined CRA Health in 2015, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience. As vice president of business development, Gregg is responsible for working with healthcare organizations interested in implementing CRA Health's innovative cancer risk assessment platform. Gregg is adept at understanding the needs within a facility and ensuring that CRA's solution is optimized for each client. Throughout his career, Gregg has played a pivotal role in helping healthcare and medical technology companies cultivate and expand their client relationships. He has worked side-by-side with breast surgeons, breast imaging radiologists and radiation oncologists and is deeply embedded within the cancer and oncology healthcare industry. Previously, Gregg was the regional manager for an intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) device company, where he worked with breast surgeons to bring a ground breaking new treatment modality to breast cancer patients. Gregg has a BA in organizational communication from Ohio State University. Email Gregg Gillett →
